Job Summary
MPH is seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control and safety systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement control and safety architectures for complex systems
- Participate in basic and detailed studies to validate the installation aspect of control, safety, fire, and gas systems
- Prepare functional specifications, including functional analysis, control narrative, cause and effect matrices, and logic diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and quality assurance procedures
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of control and safety systems, including oil and gas specificities and offshore/onshore ICSS know-how
- Experience with applicable standards, including ISA 5.1/2/3/4/5/6, IEC 61511, and IEC 62443
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and Visio
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Experience with quality assurance procedures and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Language
The language of the contract is English.
