Tronox, a leading global producer of titanium dioxide (TiO2), is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Reliability Engineer to be part of their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough failure analysis to boost equipment reliability;
  • Offer technical guidance to both maintenance and production teams;
  • Evaluate total ownership costs to inform investment choices;
  • Analyze data from multiple sources for informed decision-making;
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving reliability;
  • Support engineering efforts for new projects;
  • Manage the identification of spare parts;
  • Oversee projects focused on enhancement and reliability;
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to extend equipment lifespan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical maintenance engineering;
  • At least 5 years of experience in process-related industries;
  • Strong mechanical skills with a foundational understanding of Electrical & Instrumentation;
  • Proficient problem-solving and decision-making capabilities;
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Familiarity with rotating machinery is advantageous;
  • English proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project and budget management;
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as AMDEC, PHA, Lean, and Six Sigma;
  • Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and AutoCAD 2D.
