Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing, Packaging, or Logistics function. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for proposing improvement and modification actions to ensure the evolution and optimization of existing processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Continuous improvement of production conditions: defect analysis, downtime reduction, production optimization
  • Start-up and validation of new formats or production recipes as well as new installations
  • Validation of technological choices and definition of associated maintenance plans
  • Development of team skills through problem-solving tools
  • Continuous improvement of our Supply Chain: optimization of internal/external logistics flows, optimization of inventory, etc...

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or university Master degree with specialization in industrial/process/chemical engineering, mechanical/automation, or Master degree in Supply Chain/Logistics
  • Good command of French, English, and Pack Office
  • Proven ability to work in a team with cohesion and efficiency
  • Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills
