Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our Funds Finance team as an Entity Manager. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Director and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our entities.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and maintain legal documentation, structure charts, and cap tables for all holding companies.
- Coordinate with the Conducting Officer in Luxembourg to monitor holding companies and valuations.
- Collaborate with the Fund Finance team to prepare quarterly valuations.
- Monitor operational activities of new entities, including accounting service providers, banks, and auditors.
- Coordinate with the deals team to ensure a seamless investment process.
- Ensure board maintenance, minute archiving, and composition monitoring.
- Participate in boards of Luxembourg entities and present news from portfolio companies.
- Participate in PICs and ICs to monitor dealflow and coordinate with the Fund Finance team.
- Maintain daily operations relating to entities, including LTIP, pref shares, capital increase, and dilution.
- Ensure cash monitoring and coordinate with CFOs of portfolio companies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, Private Equity, or Financial Services.
- Strong accounting and financial skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, with French as an added asset.
