Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Automation and Controls Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing equipment controls solutions for all cell and module manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Automation Solutions: Design, develop, and implement PLC and HMI programs to optimize production lines.
- Lead Automation Projects: Lead automation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Optimize Production Lines: Analyze and optimize production lines to reduce cycle time, downtime, and improve quality.
- Implement Control Strategies: Develop and implement control strategies to enhance system performance and maintain optimal process conditions.
- Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation enhancements.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in designing and implementing automation and control systems.
- Programming Skills: Advanced proficiency in programming industrial equipment using various IEC 61131-3 languages.
- PLC and HMI Programming: Proficient in PLC and HMI programming (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Schneider, or similar).
- Industrial Communication Protocols: In-depth knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as CC-Link IE TSN, Profinet, Modbus TCP.
- Team Player: Excellent team player with good English written and oral skills.
