We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead our Quality team at Hydro Building Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing product quality policies and objectives that align with our company's strategic priorities.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the application of these policies across all sites, maintaining customer satisfaction, and reducing non-quality costs in compliance with normative requirements.
You will be tasked with establishing and managing the Quality System for Hydro Building Systems, conducting both internal and external quality audits.
Additionally, you will outline guidelines for Quality training, including the methods and tools to be used.
You will spearhead the network of Quality Managers across different countries, handling major customer complaints while minimizing associated costs.
Working in tandem with buyers, you will manage supplier quality by implementing improvement plans.
As a candidate, you should possess a master's degree in engineering, a master's degree in quality, or equivalent qualifications gained through relevant experience.
Proficiency in Quality standards and regulations, along with adeptness in problem-solving tools, is essential.
You have gained your experience in an international environment with a multicultural team.
English fluency is a prerequisite. Proficiency in German and/or French would be advantageous for effective communication in an international context.
