Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Propulsion Architect to join our team. As a Propulsion Architect, you will be responsible for developing a propulsive system, from concept to in-flight validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the definition of the High Level Requirement of the propulsive system
- Develop and execute the development plan of the propulsive system, including design, tests, and qualification phases
- Design the propulsive sub-system, including tanks, thrusters, valves, and piping
- Manage trade-offs on propulsive system
- Develop institutional partnerships with universities or laboratories in the propulsion field
- Support preparation and execution of internal and customer technical and project reviews
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in the fields mentioned above
- Working experience on propulsion for space applications
- Excellent detailed technical communication skills
- Excellent technical and programmatic communication skills
- Able to simplify and explain complex information
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
