Join PayFit, a leading European company in the payroll and employee management solutions market, as a Product Marketing Manager en stage. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy for external partnerships and supporting core product marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the marketing strategy for external partnerships based on PayFit's top opportunity verticals and partners listing.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison with partners, ensuring alignment on joint initiatives, messaging, and strategic goals.
- Design and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for partnership-driven launches, coordinating with internal / external partners to ensure successful execution.
- Partner with the marketing team to execute GTM plans, designing assets (incl. promotions), and running campaigns to deliver against the partnership goals.
- Work closely with internal strategy, product, sales, marketing and partner teams to ensure joint product marketing initiatives meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners to create compelling co-branded marketing materials, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across channels.
- Define key value propositions that articulate the benefits of joint solutions in a way that resonates with target customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience working in partnership and core product marketing roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and promoting partnerships.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand market and customer data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom).
- Flexibility: Work from home or our Paris office, with the possibility to work abroad for a defined period.
