Transformative Opportunity at ENGIE Group

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Service Delivery Manager to join our ambitious Transformation Program at ENGIE Group. As a key member of our GET IT Team, you will be responsible for delivering RUN activities for our GET Applications, ensuring industrialization and automation, and driving compliance with ENGIE Rules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for all RUN activities of GET Applications, including evolutive maintenance
  • Ensure industrialization & automation, especially through innovation (DevOps, Agile, AI,...)
  • Ensure compliance with ENGIE Rules (internal control, cybersecurity, DRP, Data privacy) in coordination with the Infrastructure & tech lead
  • Manage contracts of service providers, in interaction with the Vendor Management Office
  • Accountable for Release Management (schedule releases, environment usage, release lifecycle,...)
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in SAP Service Delivery Management, especially for large & international SAP applications
  • Leadership and experience in transverse management and large team cross coordination
  • Experience of working in project management mode
