Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Sales Engineering Specialist (m/w) to join our sales department. You will report directly to the Systems Sales Director and will be tasked with:
- Achieving sales objectives within your designated region and preparing related reports;
- Providing technical assistance to agents and healthcare professionals;
- Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions;
- Supporting the Sales Director with administrative and commercial tasks, including business preparation and forecasting;
- Delivering training on equipment usage and safety precautions;
- Gathering and sharing insights on products, competitors, and market trends;
- Offering after-sales support, including troubleshooting and repairs;
- Engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and address their needs;
- Managing and expanding your customer portfolio.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in biomedical engineering or a related field;
- A degree in Health Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar discipline;
- In-depth technical knowledge of our products;
- Proficiency in standard office software;
- Familiarity with the medical industry;
- Strong command of technical English and fluency in French.
