Job Description

As a UX Designer at VO2 Group, you will be able to work on high-value missions within Agile and multidisciplinary teams at our clients in the Banking, Luxury, Pharmaceutical sectors, among others. You will play a crucial role in shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Main Missions

• Understanding and gathering user needs
• Conducting audit
• Developing personas
• Creating information architecture
• Mapping user journeys
• Designing mockups and wireframes

Hard Skills

• Ability to understand and interpret user needs (interest in cognitive psychology is a plus)
• Technical knowledge: HTML/CSS
• Interest in design thinking method and workshop
• Ability to simplify and evangelize
• Fluent in French and English
• Experience in user testing and focus groups, is always appreciated

Soft Skills

• You'll be the master of turning ideas into visual reality
• Being the advocate for the user's voice
• Interest in various subjects and innate curiosity
• Empathy and open-mindedness towards current accessibility issues
• Problem-solving mindset
