Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Aide to join our team at RhynoCare. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' rooms, offices, and common areas.

• Clean, disinfect, and polish residents' rooms, offices, and common areas, including furniture, closets, windows, walls, floors, shower and tub rooms, washrooms, reception area, and break rooms.
• Perform routine, deep, terminal, and discharge cleaning, floor cleaning and maintenance, and waste management according to schedules.
• Ensure that supplies are adequate and equipment is in proper working order before commencing daily routine.
• Attend in-service education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and procedures.
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
• Previous experience working in housekeeping roles in long-term care facilities or with the elderly is an asset.
