Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and facilitate the negotiation of multiple raw material supply agreements with external vendors.
- Prioritize, delegate, inspect, and/or assist with the work of other procurement staff within the department.
- Lead project planning activities, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project schedules to ensure successful execution within established timelines.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of both projects.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks within the projects.
- Manage the cadence of reporting, updates, and escalations on projects with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support discussions with internal and client stakeholders; ensure a structured follow-up process is maintained to track progress, decisions, and changes.
- Proactively manage potential delays, hindrances, and develop action plans to address accordingly.
- Develop reports, readouts, and presentations.
- Challenge the status quo and look for opportunities to make improvements in his/her area of the business and beyond.
- Use knowledge of his/her own business area and related areas to identify and develop operational/financial improvements.
- Work in partnership as an active member of his/her team and cross-functional working groups.
- Proactively seek to understand internal/external customer and market needs.
- Develop insights that can be used to enhance customer satisfaction or other metrics.
- Help peers (and team) overcome performance obstacles and challenges.

- Strong project management experience (project management certification highly desirable), preferably in a client-facing role.
- Knowledge of purchasing and invoicing principles, procedures, and terminology.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, and prepare concise reports.
- Proficient at using common tools used in project management/management consulting roles (e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) or other project planning & management tool.
