We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Inria, working on a project focused on lung cancer research. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets and identify patterns that can inform clinical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze health data
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to identify areas of improvement in clinical practice
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computational medicine and biostatistics
- PhD in Biostatistics, Computational Biology, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in R or Python
- Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling
