Senior Test Development Engineer

**Job Summary:**

Chipright is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our new product development team, you will be responsible for validating our customers' latest designs and developing test solutions for high-volume manufacturing on the latest Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop a test development strategy and implement the full test solution from both hardware and software perspectives.
  • Acquire and perform statistical analysis of measurements and analyze hardware and software solution reliability and robustness.
  • Work closely with design, evaluation, application, and product engineers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Support production teams in activities such as yield improvement and test time reduction.
  • Contribute to test equipment strategy and drive feasibility studies of customers' demands.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing test solutions on ATE like Teradyne/Flex, Advantest/V93K, or LTXC/X-series.
  • Experience testing RF systems from 1 GHz to 6 GHz (but all frequencies considered).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work autonomously.
  • Programming skills: Knowledge of C/C++, Visual Basic, Java, Labview.
  • Good verbal, written, and understanding skills in English.
