We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care for patients undergoing oncology treatment at our institution. This role is a full-time contract position, with responsibilities spanning both day and night shifts.
The Oncology Department is an integral component of our cancer care unit, featuring 18 inpatient beds and working closely with the outpatient oncology clinic, radiation therapy, and the day hospital.
Our patients may present with a variety of conditions, including gastrointestinal, gynecological, or ENT issues, alongside complications related to cancer such as pain management, nutritional support, respiratory challenges, and overall weakness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering chemotherapy treatments
- Providing comprehensive supportive care
- Conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations
- Delivering palliative care interventions
This position requires flexibility, with a primary focus on daytime hours complemented by occasional night shifts throughout the year.
