Job Summary

The ERP and Back-Office Applications Manager will play a key technical and organizational role within the Platforms and Solutions team at HBS. This position is responsible for managing the company's ERP system and low-code/no-code solutions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient business processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of ERP systems to meet business requirements, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  • Oversee user training and support to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems, ensuring smooth transition from project to sustaining post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Design and develop innovative solutions that address the needs and challenges of users and the company, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Monitor and measure the performance and impact of internal solutions, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in ERP projects, with a proven success at a management position for a full ERP deployment in a middle-sized company.
  • Strong analytical skills and process design/functional specifications.
  • Project management skills: Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in various technologies and tools, such as MS Power Platform, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, SQL, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Low/No-code approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders and users.
  • Organized, structured, and rigorous.
  • Proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
