The Role

This Consolidation and Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for preparing 55 consolidation, preparing and distributing internal financial reports to the parent company and management on a monthly basis, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP. The position also covers day-to-day cash management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in SEC disclosure and reporting requirements. Proficiency in IFRS and US GAAP accounting knowledge is essential. Managerial experience and expertise in SOX 404 compliance are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports.
  • Coordinate the Company's annual audit with independent auditors.
  • Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls.
  • Research and resolve accounting issues, including evaluation and implementation of new accounting pronouncements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Big 4 Accounting or similar experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience with SEC disclosure and reporting requirements.
  • Strong technical IFRS and U.S. GAAP accounting knowledge.
  • Managerial experience.
  • Experience with SOX 404 compliance.
  • Knowledge of best practices in internal controls.
  • Fluent in English and French.
