We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties for PROCIVIS OUEST IMMOBILIER in LAVAL. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship, legal, and technical aspects of the properties in direct coordination with property owners, tenants, and suppliers.

• Evaluate and oversee necessary maintenance and renovation work to ensure the properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
• Manage administrative tasks such as tenant documentation and financial transactions to ensure seamless property management.
• Handle property rentals and lease administration to maximize revenue and minimize vacancies.
• Assume responsibility for new property management mandates to expand the portfolio and increase revenue.

We are looking for someone with knowledge in building techniques or real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with computer tools to excel in this role.
