Position Title:
We are seeking a Workshop Coordinator for our operations in the packaging or culinary sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a team within an ESAT (external services - packaging) environment.
- Engaging with clients and tailoring tasks to align with each individual's strengths and challenges.
- Ensuring that project timelines are adhered to and maintaining high standards of work quality.
- Prioritizing team safety while being aware of potential unpredictable behaviors from team members.
- Providing social support for individuals with disabilities: evaluating skills and challenges, imparting technical knowledge and professional expertise, aiding in the achievement of annual objectives, fostering independence and social reintegration, and preventing situations that may lead to setbacks.
- Contributing to personal development projects: collaborating with various social partners and participating in team discussions.
- Responsible for making deliveries and providing transportation using a company vehicle.
