**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team in Caen, France. As a Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the bid process from start to finish, ensuring the submission of high-quality proposals that meet the client's objectives and exceed expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the full bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification through to contract award.
* Develop strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to gather information and create compelling bid content.
* Lead bid strategy sessions, ensuring a clear, focused approach to winning new contracts.
* Write and edit high-quality proposals, with a focus on creativity, clarity, and compliance with client requirements.
* Ensure all bids are delivered on time and meet the company's standards of quality and excellence.
* Identify opportunities to improve the bid process and implement these improvements for future success.
* Collaborate with the sales, technical, and project management teams to ensure alignment across all submissions.

**Requirements:**

* Strong background in the Marine Renewable Energy industry or similar sectors.
* Experience in managing complex bid processes and leading teams to successful outcomes.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Proactive, determined, and creative mindset with a passion for sustainability.
* Knowledge of software tools such as MS Office and project management applications.
* Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
