Job Title: Head of Embedded Software Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Embedded Software Development to join our team at Audio. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of embedded software for our range of products, including amplified controllers, audio processors, and network equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of embedded software for our products, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineering, quality assurance, and product management, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, code reviews, and testing plans.
  • Identify and prioritize technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmaps.
  • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in embedded software development, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products, with a strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
