About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned marketing communications professional to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive internal and external communication strategy that supports business objectives and drives engagement.
  • Creating and managing external communication tools, including brochures, videos, PR, trade shows, and digital content, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Designing and delivering internal communication plans that maximize employee engagement and drive business results.
  • Providing strategic communication advice to our leadership team.
  • Contributing to cross-functional communication projects and initiatives.
  • Managing communication budgets and external vendor relationships.
  • Leveraging membership and partner channels to amplify our message.
  • Supporting leadership on strategic initiatives and projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • English language proficiency (French is a plus).
  • Experience in marketing communications, content creation, or a related field.
  • Business school education or equivalent experience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to create strategic communication plans that consider multiple perspectives.
  • Experience working with external stakeholders and managing documentation.
