Our client is a leader in the field of electronic security, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of sophisticated security systems.
Role Overview: As a Mobile Security Technician, you will report directly to the Technical Manager and will be responsible for:
- Executing installations, routine maintenance, and repairs on various electronic security systems at client locations.
- Operating across multiple regions including Lorraine, Alsace, and Franche-Comté.
- Addressing issues related to access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and management of secure openings.
- Identifying faults, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Educating end users on the proper operation of installed systems.
- Providing detailed reports on service interventions and inventory needs for spare parts.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery.
This position offers the chance to engage in a varied technical environment, where you will face daily challenges that require both independence and collaboration with a skilled technical team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the security measures of our clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Educational qualifications in electrotechnics, electronics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems.
- Familiarity with access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and management of secure openings.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to carry out effective repairs.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and customer service skills.
