About the Role

The Conseil départemental de la Seine-Saint-Denis is seeking a skilled technician to join its team in the Department of Road and Transportation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the development of urban planning and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the development of urban planning and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, budget variances, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, including training and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in urban planning and infrastructure project management, preferably in a public sector setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of urban planning, architecture, and engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
