About Us

We are seeking a Sales Administrator for one of our clients, a metallurgy company, for a permanent position based near Lillebonne.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative, logistical, and financial management of repair projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure administrative management of projects, including tracking, ordering, and contract management.
  • Maintain client relationships through regular updates, dispute resolution, and meeting facilitation.
  • Participate in the execution of various contracts and monitor margins achieved on each project.
  • Verify late payments and collaborate with the collection department.
  • Prepare tracking reports for client presentations.
Requirements

You must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.

Fluency in English is required.

The salary range is €2300-€3000 gross per month, plus benefits.
