As a pivotal technology partner for various stakeholders in the payment ecosystem, Ingenico Group provides advanced terminals, solutions, and services that facilitate seamless payment acceptance worldwide.
In your role as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be an integral member of a dedicated development team, focusing on the quality assurance aspects of middleware solutions for Android terminals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing client requirements and formulating technical solutions.
- Engaging in the development of new features while ensuring rigorous testing standards.
- Contributing to the testing process through both automated and manual testing methodologies.
As the technical authority for project managers, product managers, and clients, you will provide updates on the software projects you oversee. You will also promote a culture of continuous improvement, implementing strategies to enhance the work environment, project timelines, and overall quality.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development roles.
Fluency in both French and English is essential. You should be well-versed in project management and reporting tools such as Jira and Confluence, and have substantial experience with programming languages including C/C++, Java, Python, and Rust.
Familiarity with Android system customization for embedded devices, including the build process, is highly desirable. Proficiency in Linux OS for daily operations and development tasks is required, along with experience using tools like Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Sonarqube.
Knowledge of Android application development, clean architecture principles, cryptography, and testing tools will be advantageous. Accommodations are available upon request for candidates participating in all aspects of the selection process.
