ADMR is seeking a dedicated HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT (H/F) to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care. This role offers the option of either a permanent or temporary contract.

• Deliver essential hygiene and comfort services alongside preventive care as needed.
• Assist in assessing individual needs and communicate findings to the care services coordinator.
• Engage in activities that prevent dependency and encourage individual autonomy.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the individual’s surroundings, including bed-making and care equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, sharing observations to maintain continuity of care.
• Provide information and support to individuals and their families.

• Must possess the State Diploma of Nursing Assistant (DEAS) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the relevant collective agreement.
• Open to both experienced candidates and newcomers, depending on the responsibilities assigned.
• Demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, discretion, adaptability, observational skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
• A valid driver's license is required.
