Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Össur is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in France. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and optimizing operational efficiency across our clinics in France.

About the Role:

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business leaders, ensuring that financial decisions are informed and aligned with our strategic objectives. You will work closely with our finance colleagues in France, Poland, Eindhoven, and other parts of Scandinavia to drive financial performance and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and implement financial models to drive business performance
  • Collaborate with finance colleagues to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure business continuity
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in French and English
