We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Engineer to join our team at SOFARSOLAR Co., LTD. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and solutions to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Manage large volumes of customer inquiries, tickets, and emails in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to customers on product, installation, and system operation matters.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research technical issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives, including warranty replacement.
- Collaborate with 3rd party service providers to resolve service-related issues.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our ticket system database.
- Participate in regular training and educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Technician, electrician, or bachelor's degree holder in Electronics and Electrical or related majors.
- Self-motivated individual with related experience in the solar industry (a plus).
- Energetic professional with a strong ability to travel (30% or above per year).
- Excellent communication skills with fluent French language proficiency.
- English and other European languages are a plus.
