Position Overview: At MBDA France, we focus on evaluating survival and penetration strategies for our existing and upcoming systems in relation to opposing systems.
Role Responsibilities: As the Project Manager for survival contracts, you will be responsible for managing ETO contracts associated with state clients, particularly in the areas of survival research, reporting, and simulation enhancement.
This role encompasses:
- Contract oversight (including budget management, progress tracking, and coordination)
- Supervision of technical tasks
- Client engagement and relationship management
- Preparation of future contract proposals
Additional Duties: You will also lead the integration of simulation tool development for survival assessments and work on air/surface strike systems in the context of adversarial air defense.
Key Tasks:

- Development of evaluation instruments
- Support for system teams
- Client liaison
Candidate Profile: Applicants should possess an engineering degree with a specialization in aeronautics, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of experience in functional chain modeling and system performance assessments.
