About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our Engineering Team. As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and operating business-critical features that add customer value on top of Voice.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in requirements analysis to provide the right technical and business solutions for our customers.
  • Have key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of key modules.
  • Write clean, scalable code and test and deploy applications and systems.
  • Revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
  • Be part of an engineering organization delivering high-quality, secure, voice solutions to Aircall clients.
  • Involvement in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoring.
  • Mentor team members.

About You:

We are looking for someone with at least 5+ years of experience in backend development with a typed language (Typescript, Java, Scala) with a focus on delivering for security, scalability, availability, and performance.

You should have at least 2+ years of experience working on frontend applications, preferably with React, but experience with Angular is also valued.

You should have experience with distributed systems, microservices, or serverless architectures.

You should have worked extensively with AWS in a production environment and understand how to design for, deploy on, and get the best out of the environment and services provided by Amazon.

You should be able to talk easily and spontaneously about most of the offerings on AWS, when to use them, and how, and can explain to junior engineers.
