Job Description

Itelis is a leading healthcare services company, composed of two brands: Itelis and VerbaTeam. Itelis facilitates access to healthcare services in various fields, including optometry, audiology, dentistry, and wellness, and offers 11 million French citizens access to a network of over 15,000 healthcare professionals and other services. VerbaTeam is a new player in workplace health prevention, aiming to make it accessible to all employees. In the context of a permanent contract, attached to the Data and Customer Experience Department, we are looking for a Téléconseiller Gestionnaire (H/F) for the Itelis brand. You want to develop your skills? We prioritize internal development, and you can then become a Référent Téléconseiller Gestionnaire. The Téléconseiller Gestionnaire is an expert in telephone customer relations. He advises and accompanies healthcare professionals and manages files in accordance with Itelis' ethical and deontological rules. He works in coordination with other Téléconseillers Gestionnaires. Your mission: Respond to information requests from insured persons and healthcare professionals in terms of quality and customer satisfaction. Orient callers as needed towards the relevant services. Record the opening of management files and ensure compliance and completeness of received documents. Issue recommendations and ensure proper follow-up of files. Control calculations of reimbursements from management centers. You are: Holder of a higher education degree in customer relationship management (Bac + 2) and have significant experience of at least 2 years in a call center and ideally in receiving calls in the healthcare sector. You are familiar with the complementary health insurance sector and specifically the fields of dentistry/optics/audio/prevention/assistance. You have: Empathy. Oral and relational ease. Your package: Upon arrival, you benefit from a week of training and proximity accompaniment in the first months of your arrival. A 37-hour amplitude linked to the position, from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (rotating schedule). The trust is based on 3 essential values: to serve, to be responsible and to advance together.
