Our Offer

STERIS SAS is seeking a skilled professional to join our Bio Decontamination team in Life Sciences. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing and executing decontamination services at controlled atmosphere facilities (ZAC) on-site under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and execute decontamination services at ZAC facilities on-site under supervision
• Provide and execute decontamination services for laboratory equipment, independently
• Write and submit on-site client intervention reports, within specified deadlines
• Write and submit final reports and certificates to clients, within specified deadlines
• Archive all documentation related to the activity (intervention reports, certificates, calibration reports, protocols, etc.) on the appropriate media
• Detect, repair, and calibrate STERIS bio decontamination equipment
• Receive, store, release, and ship replacement parts or equipment according to internal procedures
• Perform administrative tasks associated with repair, calibration, and subcontracting activities
• Upgrade and adapt equipment according to internal or client directives
• Ensure communication with clients for intervention details

Requirements

• Understand STERIS bio decontamination technologies (e.g., VHP, dry fog) and compare them with competitor technologies, discussing process parameters, safety aspects, and microbiological requirements with clients
• Respect and ensure that STERIS general safety standards are compliant, particularly those related to Bio Decontamination services
• Contribute to the improvement of STERIS technologies and product offerings
• Stay informed about market developments regarding competitor activities and business opportunities, and communicate them to management
• Identify additional service opportunities during decontamination on client sites
• Be aware of and respect all policies and procedures established by STERIS

Profile

We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and work-driven individual with a degree in a technical field (industrial maintenance, mechanics, and electrical engineering). Knowledge of laboratory hygiene, safety, and environmental standards is an asset.

You hold a valid driver's license and have a car. Proficiency in English is essential (written daily for quality standards, procedures, reports, and occasionally oral during internal meetings or travel).
