AI/ML Developer Job Description

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Developer to join our innovative team at Novapulse AI.

The Role

As an AI/ML Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing machine learning models, preprocessing and analyzing large datasets, implementing and optimizing algorithms for performance and scalability, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for specific applications, and managing and analyzing big data to derive insights and improve models.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop machine learning models to solve real-world problems and enhance our products.
  2. Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights.
  3. Implement and optimize algorithms for performance and scalability to ensure efficient model deployment.
  4. Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific applications to improve accuracy and relevance.
  5. Manage and analyze big data to derive insights and improve models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Ideal Profile:

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in working with AI/LLMs.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  3. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  4. Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
  5. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  6. Proven experience in fine-tuning large language models.
  7. Experience with big data tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  9. Experience with RAG.
