Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our Retail Boutique team at Petit Bateau. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the operational deployment of our Retail Boutique network strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Co-Organize Point of Sale Activities: Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to ensure the proper application of Petit Bateau standards and procedures, including planning, briefings, reporting, audits, and inventories.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Offer a unique and personalized omnichannel customer experience that aligns with our brand's policy and values.
  • Manage and Animate Sales Team: Lead the sales team daily, in line with the guidelines defined by the Boutique Manager, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Contribute to Sales Performance: Analyze and optimize commercial performance indicators, such as conversion rate, average basket, and productivity, to drive sales growth.
  • Represent Boutique Management: In the absence of the Manager, represent the boutique management to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the continuity of our strategy implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Confirmed Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and management, with expertise in sales pitches, customer journey enhancement, team management, and leadership.
  • Key Skills: Strong knowledge of cash register procedures, premium merchandising skills, leadership qualities, organizational skills, and operational excellence.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent relational agility, collaboration skills, communication abilities, emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurial spirit.
