Job Title: Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Faurecia. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer delivery, production line supplies, and logistics basics are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping
  • Ensure customer delivery and production line supplies
  • Implement logistics basics, visual management, equipment, and human resources
  • Work closely with quality, production, and engineering teams to ensure smooth plant operation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering
  • Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting
  • English language required
  • Knowledge of logistics tools and systems, such as MRP, FIFO, and MPM
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
