About the Role
We are seeking a talented Data Product Manager to join our team at Younited Credit. As a Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the vision, strategy, and priorities for data products, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Identify key challenges, risks, and business opportunities by collaborating with stakeholders and the user research team to prioritize the data engineering backlog.
- Define and communicate a high-impact data roadmap that addresses business goals while integrating into the overall platform roadmap.
- Collaborate with data engineers, business owners, and designers to develop and specify effective data solutions.
- Define success with clear objectives and metrics that align with company goals and stakeholder needs.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with a strong background in data management and product management. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bac+5 in engineering school, business, or equivalent academic
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting or product management
- Experience as a data engineer will be appreciated
- Outstanding records of academic and professional achievement
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
