We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our Transformation Digitale Finance (TDF) team as a team leader and expert in financial systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the team and developing tools for the Finance department.

• Team Management: You will be responsible for managing the TDF team and overseeing all related activities.
• Development and Maintenance of VBA Macros: You will be the primary expert in maintaining and evolving VBA macros in Excel, from analysis to development, to provide expertise in VBA during instances or macro evolutions.
• Database Management: You will participate in enriching and maintaining SQL Server databases for the Finance department.
• Agility and Collaboration: You will actively participate in agile meetings and ceremonies, promoting communication and collaboration among Finance department teams to address needs and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Our team offers expertise and a central role in the Finance department. You will also have access to a diverse range of tools, including:

• A dedicated SQL Server database for the team.
• The possibility of developing web applications (e.g., node.js) on a dedicated server.
• Flexibility in technology choices to meet the needs of various Finance department teams.

• You hold a degree in Engineering or a Master's degree in Computer Science, with a strong interest in information systems.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in software development and database management in an agile context.
• You are proficient in VBA programming language.
• You have experience with SQL Server database management.
• A background in Finance is highly appreciated but not required.
