Job Summary

Framatome is seeking a Mechanical Methods Engineer F/H to join our team in the fabrication of mechanical components for nuclear reactors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical documentation for production processes, including procedures, standards, and manuals.
  • Validate changes to production specifications and procedures proposed by the engineering team.
  • Pilot qualification processes for production and products, and provide support to technicians in this area.
  • Ensure that production activities meet quality requirements by maintaining technical expertise and participating in the treatment of significant deviations and non-conformities.
  • Contribute to the performance of equipment in terms of reliability and durability by supporting production and OPEX teams in performance improvement projects.
  • Pilot industrialization projects for new products, suppliers, and equipment.
  • Contribute to technical leadership around the Grappes product by participating in relations between sites, technology transfers, and R&D programs.

Requirements

  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering).
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a production-related function.
  • Be a generalist with a strong mechanical background.
  • Have strong organizational and synthesis skills, be rigorous, and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to quickly assimilate new techniques and procedures to ensure production levels and master various processes.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good level of English (TOEIC > 900). Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
