Are you interested in becoming part of a dedicated team within abej SOLIDARITÉ? We are seeking compassionate healthcare assistants, both male and female, to join our mobile healthcare unit focused on assisting vulnerable populations.

Mission of the Team

This team is committed to addressing the healthcare needs of specific groups residing in various accommodation and integration facilities, such as emergency shelters and social reintegration centers, as well as informal living situations like camps and squats. Our goal is to reach individuals where they are and provide essential support.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will perform nursing assistant duties for individuals living in challenging conditions. Your primary focus will be on meeting the healthcare needs of those we support and facilitating smooth transitions from hospital care.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To be considered for this role, you should possess an AS diploma and demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Empathy and openness towards others
  • Experience working with highly vulnerable populations
  • A strong preference for teamwork
  • Ability to manage stress and aggression effectively

Compensation

The salary is based on CHRS conventional scales, determined by your diploma and experience, ranging from €1,985 to €2,467 gross monthly, with additional compensation for Sundays and public holidays as per the CHRS agreement.
