Job Title: Technical Product Owner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our Revenue Management team at Amadeus. As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for organizing, prioritizing, and assessing work for our team, ensuring that we meet the needed requirements and preferences within Revenue Management.

About the Team:

You will join the Execution and Support Development (ESD) team within the Revenue Management Organization (TRU-ALT-ENG-OFR-REV). Our team is responsible for the Revenue Management System and Dynamic Pricing products, which aim to optimize the revenue of airlines. We work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and effective revenue management solutions.

About the Role:

As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

  • Incorporating feature requests into the product roadmap, prioritizing them based on business value and user needs.
  • Maintaining the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories and prioritizing backlog items based on business goals, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
  • Developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Setting sprint goals during PI and Iteration planning.
  • Planning releases and upgrades, ensuring valuable features are delivered to users in a timely manner based on business priorities.
  • Following progress of work and addressing production issues during sprints.
  • Analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and development teams to refine and adapt both the product and agile practices.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Owner who has prior experience in a similar role within product management. You should have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, product life cycle management, and technical background in C++ and scripting languages. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
