Our Mission

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aide-Soignant to join our team, where each member works together to create a supportive and inclusive environment for our residents.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to residents
  • Collect and record resident health data
  • Identify and address resident needs and concerns
  • Assist nurses with care tasks
  • Implement care protocols and procedures
  • Participate in resident care planning and goal setting
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Manage resident records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in Aide-Soignant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Compassion and empathy for residents and their families
Working Conditions

We offer a 10-hour day, with a 2-week rotation schedule. You will not be required to work weekends or Wednesdays.
