Mission:

R.A.S. Intérim's agency in Marseille La Valentine is seeking Culinary Specialists for its clients based in Aubagne, with temporary positions available.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all meals on time, following recipes and adhering to sanitary rules.

  • Follow recipes and instructions for food preparation and presentation.

  • Use kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.

  • Clean and maintain the work area, adhering to good hygiene and safety practices.

  • Assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen and equipment.

  • Restock ingredients during service.

  • Adhere to hygiene and food production regulations.

Profile:

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday, with two days off.

  • Fixed or variable schedule.

  • Break times to be determined.

Requirements:

  • Traditional cuisine experience.

  • Significant work experience.

  • CAP Cuisine certification.

  • Salary based on profile.
