Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of real estate projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Technical project programming, including requirements gathering and drafting specifications
- Consultation and management of technical service providers, including consultants, architects, and engineering firms
- Oversight of audits and due diligence for acquisitions, including technical, functional, and environmental aspects
- Monitoring of upstream studies and project phases, including Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, Design, Construction, and Tender Documents
- Operational oversight, acting as AMO or MOD, during project execution, property handover, and warranty monitoring
- Administrative, contractual, and financial monitoring of projects, including precise risk tracking
- Development and integration of Corporate Social Responsibility strategies and energy performance initiatives
- Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate or construction, with experience in construction project management
- Team spirit, attention to detail, ability to synthesize information, autonomy, customer orientation, and capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong sensitivity to environmental issues
- Proficiency in English in a professional context
