About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Receptionist to join our Peugeot concession in Mayenne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving customers after sales: welcoming clients, taking appointments, providing quotes, offering advice, and returning vehicles.

• Handling billing and collections.

• Managing intervention schedules.

• Managing courtesy vehicles.

• Implementing quality procedures from manufacturers.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.

• Knowledge of mechanics is essential.

• Previous experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not mandatory.

• Valid driving license (B) is required.

What We Offer

• Fixed-term contract of 2 to 6 months, depending on your availability.
