About the Role

The Consumer Marketing Intern EMEA will support the Consumer Engagement team on PR and other CEM missions, including asset management, KCI studies, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the TFB EMEA Consumer Marketing Manager in building a Consumer Marketing Strategy in EMEA, driving brand awareness, and increasing market share.
  • Prepare a competitive overview and monthly highlights using marketing intelligence and other insights.
  • Work on transversal projects on consumer trends and competitive insights.
  • Support trade initiatives and reporting.
  • Identify and scale best practices in monthly Consumer Marketing calls.

PR/COMMUNICATION

  • Consolidate monthly PR reports from affiliates and follow up.
  • Coordinate PR needs and requests globally and from affiliates.
  • Drive regular analysis and provide key ideas on how to move PR to the next level.
  • Follow up on 360 activation files according to budget and estimate.
  • Consolidate information and best practices from affiliates regarding virtual selling.

Others

  • Help affiliates with product assets and social crops.
  • Prepare a competitive activation overview and monthly highlights.
  • Participate in corporate marketing and online meetings and prepare a recap and ideas to share with the team.

Requirements

About You

The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree, at least 1 year of work experience, and a strong interest in the cosmetics sector. Fluency in English and the ability to speak French are required.

Additional Specifications

The candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at once.
