Park Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our parking facilities and vehicular infrastructure.

• Govern and organize the activity of our parking facilities and vehicular infrastructure
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of various equipment at the first level
• Weekly monitoring of the maintenance and surveillance of our parking facilities (25% of the time)
• Manage inventory and supplies for our parking facilities
• Manage revenue and subscriptions (monthly collections)
• Provide customer service and information
• Propose improvements and innovations in technical aspects
• Organize schedules to ensure optimal customer service
• Participate in the organization and control of all activities necessary for operation
• Establish and follow up on the realization of maintenance and cleaning work schedules
• Participate in activity reporting
• Participate in onboarding according to the current schedule

• SSIAP 2 authorization
