Software Product Owner

We are seeking a skilled Software Product Owner to join our team at Artelys. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our decision support tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions to establish functional and technical specifications with clients and project teams.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with implementation.
- Define resource and skill requirements to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate the techno-functional team to ensure high-quality software deliveries.
- Supervise test plans, ensure anomaly correction, and validate software deliverables.
Requirements:
- Initial experience as an IT project manager or Product Owner.
- Skills in software development (Java or Python).
- Motivation for project management and team leadership.
- Ability to reconcile business, technical, and economic visions.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
- Permanent contract with managerial status.
- Up to 2 days of remote work per week possible.
- Flexible working hours.
- Offices located in city centers.
Recruitment Process:
- Initial technical interview via video conference.
- Second interview with two recruiters and a brief discussion with the CEO.
- Final interview and offer presentation.
