Job Title: Global CRM Campaigns Manager

At Salomon Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Global CRM Campaigns Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Marketing and e-Commerce teams, you will be responsible for managing our global CRM campaigns program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global CRM strategies that align with our brand calendar and drive repeat purchase, retention, and net LTV.
  • Collaborate with our Data & Analytics team to define global audience strategy, consumer segments, and clusters to activate and drive engagement.
  • Lead projects related to our global CRM platform, including template management, content blocks, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor and maintain global CRM program engagement KPIs, including Open Rate, Click-to-Open Rate, Conversion, and Unsubscribes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Direct Marketing, CRM, and Experience marketing trends and integrate best practices into our plans.
Requirements:
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in CRM, marketing initiatives, loyalty, or related fields in an omnichannel Direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Communication or graduated from a Business School.
  • Experience working with global CRM Platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud is mandatory.
  • Flexible project management style with the ability to quickly adapt in an international environment.
  • Written and oral English fluency required.
